Return Eligibility & Time Frame
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
Include all original components, accessories, and documentation
Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Products purchased on sale
Gift cards
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@lumeaestheticsclinic.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Return Process

Once approved, you can either bring your product into the clinic, in-person or ship it.

Package the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping service.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after confirmation, please check with your bank or email us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to:
